Eskom: Graduate Internship Programme 2025

Eskom invites applications from suitably qualified and unemployed graduates to apply for the 2025 / 2026 Graduate in Training Internships. The purpose of the programme is to assist unemployed graduates to acquire workplace experience and exposure in their fields of study.

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:

Graduates in Training - Project Management

•  National Diploma / Degree in Project Management

Graduates in Training - Marketing Management 

• National Diploma / Degree in Marketing Management

Engineers in Training (Industrial Engineering) 

• B.Sc. Eng./ B.Eng./B.Tech Eng. Industrial Engineering.

Graduate in Training - Transport Management

• National Diploma / Degree in Transport Management

Graduates in Training - SHEQ

• National Diploma / Degree in: Safety Management / Environmental Management

Graduates in Training - Finance

• Bcom Degree in Finance or Accounting / B-Tech or Equivalent degree in Finance.

Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme

• Must be a South African Citizen
• Aged between 18 to 34
• Grade 12 with Maths & Accounting
• No work experience.

Learner Intern (Electrical Engineering)

• Completed S4/National Diploma Electrical Engineering

Learner Intern (Mechanical Engineering)

• Completed S4/National Diploma Mechanical Engineering
