What You'll Learn and Do:

• Gain insight into the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interview coordination.
• Develop your communication skills by liaising with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build proficiency in managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records.
• Assist with background checks, reference verifications, and onboarding support.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as social media campaigns and career fairs.
• Collaborate with HR professionals to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support HR projects and manage talent pipelines for future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (advantageous).
• MIE Fingerprint Capturing experience (advantageous).
