Woodlands Dairy: ICT Project Administrator Interns (IT, Computer Science, Business Management)

This role will provide support our ICT Business Analysts in planning, executing, and monitoring ICT projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, preparing and maintaining documentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and tracking project progress. This internship offers hands-on experience, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced ICT professionals. 

Responsibilities: 

• The intern will assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking milestones.
• They will support project documentation, including scorecards, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Additionally, the intern will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• They will help manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope, and support the implementation of project management best practices. 

Requirements: 

• Candidates should have a degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• A basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is essential.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills are required.

• Problem-solving abilities,
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies are also important.
