RedBull: Finance / Accounting Internship 

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for a 6-month internship in the Accounting department. This position within our finance team provides the selected candidate with an opportunity to gain insights into the financial operations of Red Bull South Africa. You will support the financial management of customers while ensuring and upholding the integrity of the financial control environment through process evaluation and efficiency enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of customer payments in SAP.
• Ensuring and maintaining the quality of the financial control environment by reviewing customer accounts.
• Monitoring customer account balances and credit limits, ensuring accounts remain in good standing.
• Keeping a record of reporting items for management reporting.
• Dealing promptly and efficiently with queries from both customers and employees
• Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and employees.
• Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks within the accounting department

Requirements:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree 
• Excellent accounting knowledge and strong reconciliation and analytic skills.
• Driven self-starter with energy and enthusiasm to work efficiently within a team.
• Well organized and having the ability to work under pressure.
• First class oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced level.

NB. First experience with SAP is a plus.
