Pam Golding Western Seaboard is looking for motivated Individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in real estate with an internationally recognized brand. The focus of the role is to represent the company in all aspects of marketing and selling residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing / Marketing / Selling residential properties
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities
• Promote sales through advertisements and show houses to possible buyers
• Completing necessary agreements and mandate documents
• Perform comparative market analysis to determine estimated value of properties
• Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys and mortgage originators
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate, negotiation processes and legal requirements

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Must have a valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle.
• Applicants must also have their own laptop.
