Blue Label Telecoms: U-Belong Youth Development Programme (Sales Agents)

U-Belong in conjunction with Blu Train has embarked on a very exciting employment initiative called U-Belong. The Program allows U-Belong the ability to provide employment to the youth of SA between the ages of 18-28 years.

The purpose of the program is to empower and upskill the youth into future Entrepreneurs, in readiness for the next phase of possibly owning their own SME telecoms distribution businesses.

Successful candidates will be appointed as Direct Sales Agents

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to and driving sales
• Achieving sales targets in the field
• Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to clients
• Responsible for processing all correct information onto final sales
• Adhering to sales team standards checklist skills
• Possess exemplary customer service skills
• Self-motivated and confident individual who is able to work as part of a team
• Be able to communicate with a wide range of clients
• Is resilient, driven, and enjoy reaching targets

Requirements

• Must be between 18-28 years
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Well Spoken
• Good communication skills
• Independent worker
• Self-motivated individual
• Good inter-personal skills
• Ability to use a cellular device
