CIPC: Graduate Internship Programme 2025 / 2026

CIPC (a member of the dtic) is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates with opportunities to gain work experience to complement their studies. Applicants are invited for an Internship Programme that would run for a period of 24 months. Interns will be placed in our Sunnyside Office (Pretoria).

Remuneration: R12 000, 00 per month

Internship: Human Capital (Learning and Development)

National Diploma or Degree (NQF 6  or Higher) in: 

• Human Resource Management
• Human Resource Development.

Internship: Corporate Disclosure and Compliance

• National Diploma or Degree (NQF 6  or Higher) in:  Law/Accounting with  specialisation in Compliance Management or Regulatory Governance and Disclosures.

Internship: Corporate Governance and Surveillance

• LLB Degree (NQF Level 8)

Internship: HC - Employee Relations

National Diploma or Degree (NQF 6  or Higher) in: 

• Labour Relations
• Law
• Labour Law

Internship: Human Capital - Employee Wellness

B Degree (NQF Level 7) in:

• Psychology
• Social Work
• Industrial Psychology

Internship: Human Capital (HR Analytics)

• B Degree (NQF Level 7) in: Human Resource Management with HR analytics as a major.

Internship: Human Capital (Performance Management)

National Diploma or Degree (NQF 6  or Higher) in: 

• Public Management
• Human Resource Management with a major in Performance Management or Business Analysis.

NB. Sage VIP Certificate will be advantageous
