OUTsurance: Internship Opportunities 2025 / 2026

The Internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend. 

The following Internship Opportunities are open for applications:
 

Compliance Internship

• Degree in Legal or Auditing

Human Resource Internship

Must have completed a Degree/Diploma in:

• Human Resources
• Industrial Psychology
• Labour Relations
• BCom Law/LLB
• or related qualifications.

Receptionist Internship

Degree or Diploma in:

• Business Administration
• Human Resource Development
• Human Resources
• or related qualifications

Human Capital Internship

Degree or Diploma in:

• Human Resource Development
• Human Resources
• Industrial Psychology
• Labour Relations
• BCom Law
• LLB

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist Internship

• Occupational Health and Safety Diploma/Qualifications

Selection Criteria:

• Must have the relavent qualification as mentioned above
• Be a South African citizen
• Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
• Be between the ages of 18 & 35
• Unemployed in the last 2 months
