Motus: Internships (Cadet Programme) 2025 / 2026

Motus Aftermarket Parts is seeking vibrant,driven and ambitious individuals  to join its Sales Cadet Programme - a dynamic 24-month training initiative designed to develop young individuals for careers in sales within the automotive industry, particularly at Aftermarket Parts branches. It focuses on building sales skills, product knowledge, and interpersonal abilities, with the goal of preparing individuals for potential management positions.

Stipend: R8500,00 pm

Duration: 24 months contract

Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12/Matric certificate
• Must be between the age of 18-35
• Must reside in Gauteng / KZN
• Clear criminal record

NB. Sales experience will be advantageous.

• Communication Skills: Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication, plus active listening to understand customer needs.
• Negotiation & Persuasion: Confidently presenting solutions, handling objections, and negotiating deals to meet sales targets.
