City of Johannesburg: Corporate Performance Support Internships 2025 / 2026
The City of Johannesburg (CoJ), Group Strategy, Policy Coordination and Relations (GSPCR) Department is offering Internship opportunities to suitably qualified and unemployed graduates. The Interships will run for a a period NOT exceeding eighteen (18) months.
Position Title: Corporate Performance Support Internship
Department: Group Strategy, Policy Coordination and Relations (GSPCR)
Reference No / Circular: 019/2025
Duration: 18 Months contract
Stipend: R10 109.86 pm (Basic Salary, no benefits)
Location: 48 Ameshoff Street, Braamfontein
Primary Function: Ensure organizational corporate performance management, and evaluation and reporting City-wide, thereby ensuring that they are aligned with City and Government norms, standards, regulations, and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance verification and evaluation process on means of verification submitted against scorecards;
- Strengthening the provision of tangible, practical and responsive support to all stakeholders to enable greater and effective implementation of the policy;
- Manage all the full scope of procedural and administrative requirement and reporting deadlines associated with the function.
Requirements:
3-year Degree or Diploma in:

- or any equivalent qualification
