Volkswagen (VW): Apprenticeship / Learnership Programme 2026
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to participate in the following Technical Apprentice Programmes:
- Electrical
- Mechanical Fitter
- Millwright
- Automotive Motor Mechanic
- Tool Making
- Welding
- Transportation Electrician
- Mechatronics Technician.
The aim of the programme is to allow access to Technical/Trade related Programmes on a full-time basis. This programme will be administered by the Technical Learning Academy (TLA) as part of their drive to uplift Technical Skills within the organisation and the community. This programme is supported by the Union
Requirements:
Must meet the following entry requirements:
- Have Matric with a pass in core Mathematics and Physical Science (Maths Literacy will not be considered)
- N3 (4 subjects including core Mathematics and Physical Science) or higher
