Life Healthcare: Human Resource Internships (HR or IT Graduates)

An opportunity exists for unemployed learners to participate in an internship within the Human Resources department.  The project aims to provide the opportunity for unemployed learners who have successfully completed their IT and HR-related qualifications and to gain work experience in line with the qualifications.

The learner must be a graduate of a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Information Technology and Human Resources or related qualification and will be based at the Life Healthcare Head office in Dunkeld, Johannesburg for a period of 12 months.

The interns must specify one HR function they would like gain work experience from, and the functions are as follows: -

• Payroll
• HR Systems (Preferably IT qualification)
• Skills Development
• Organisational Development and Transformation
• Resourcing / Recruitment and Selection

Requirements:

• Learners must be unemployed to qualify for this project.
• Learners must have completed an HR Diploma/Degree
• Only South African citizens under the age of 35 will be considered.
• Learners must have completed their qualification to participate in this project.

NB. Learners interested in HR Systems must have completed an IT Diploma/Degree
