We're looking for energetic and motivated people to work in our dynamic Fashion Call Centre in the city of Cape Town. Applicants should be able to work shifts and should have access to reliable transport.

 

Job level: Junior / Entry level Job

 

Call Centre Operating Hours:

  • 7:30 am to 19:30 pm: Monday to Friday rotational shifts
  • 08:00 to 17:00 pm Saturday (alternate) rotational shifts

 

Requirements and competencies:

  • Minimum education level – Grade 12
  • Excellent customer relations and people skills
  • Excellent communication skills and vocal style
  • A competitive nature with a desire to succeed
  • A high degree of patience and tolerance
  • An ability to focus and concentrate
  • An ability to adapt and persist
  • An ability to control emotions
  • The ability to solve problems
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Basic PC skills
