The Richmond Rooms

The Richmond offers 98 units that each accommodate 4 students. Each bedroom is a fully furnished.

The bedrooms are furnished with a single bed plus mattress, double storage built-in cupboard, desk and chair, bookshelves and bin.

The four students living in the unit will have their own fully functional kitchen equipped with lockers, a four plate hob, a microwave and a fridge, as well as a counter and chairs for eating and enjoying meals.

And each four-bedroom unit will also have their own ablutions – shower, toilet and basin. At The Richmond you’ll always have the perfect balance of privacy and communal living.

2019 Rental Rates

• Single rooms – R4,680 per month
• 2 Sharing rooms – R3,960 per student per month
• One month refundable security deposit.
• Parking available at R400 per bay per month
• Once-off non-refundable administration fee of R1,150
• All rentals include water, exclude electricity (pre-paid)
• Other costs include wi-fi (R1,250 per annum for 60 GB per month)
