• JACKERRY DIGS consists of various size Apartments & Houses ranging from Studios to 4 Bedroom Houses.
• Sharing of our units are permitted & encouraged except for our Studio Apartments.
• All properties are fully furnished, however students may choose/prefer to re-furnish.  This is permitted with prior consent by the owner. The cost & storage of furnishings being replaced is at the tenants cost.
• All our properties are so conveniently located that cars/parking are not necessary and therefore parking is not provided, although we do have some properties where parking is available & included.

• Bedroom: Bed – side table – desk – chair – built in cupboards & shelves
• Bathroom: Basin – shelf – toilet
• Lounge/Dining: Couches/chairs – coffee table – side tables – dining room table/chairs

• All our properties are burglar barred & security gated. All have pre-paid electricity meters installed.
• Most of our properties have balconies, views of Table Mountain and recreational spaces.
