Our Student Accommodation

• There's 20 apartments situated between President str 72 & President str 76 which link up to one residency. There's between 2 - 5 number of bedrooms per apartment. 
• Our prices range from as low as R2300 pm depending on the size of the room.
• Price incl. Water & Electricity and is ultimately what makes it so affordable.
• Our apartments are unfurnished except for a desk, and a cupboard. Students choose their own room and share the bathroom, and communal areas with their flat mates. 
• The kitchens each have their own stove and fridge, but students have to bring in their own microwave, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. All students cook their own meals which is an important part of being independent. 
• We have a self-service laundry room with washing machines where students can wash & hang their laundry. 
• Our full-time, friendly cleaning staff will spoil you and make sure that all the communal areas are immaculately cleaned, every day (Monday-Fridays). 
• We have secure under cover parking available for all students as well as bike-sheds for the cyclist, so that you don’t have to be concerned about break-ins or theft.
• You are encouraged to make your apartment your own, keep it clean and tidy. It is after all your new home away from home. 

Our Location

Conveniently located in President str 72 & 76 is situated in the heart of "die Bult area" or like some of the students call it "the student valley" of Potchefstroom. 

Walking distance to one of North West University's main gate entrances (10-15 min walk) & the bult's various centre squares that consists of banks, gyms, dentists, pharmacies, medical doctors,beauty salons,coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, attractions and student hotspots.
