Omnia: Marketing Internship Programme 2024

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Brand and Events in various activities to promote the Omnia brand and products/services.

You will work closely with the marketing team and gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities.
• Support in the development of marketing collateral, including blog posts, articles, and visual content.
• Assist in maintaining a content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate the logistics of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Compile and analyze marketing data to measure the success of campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team.
• Provide administrative assistance, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Management of the account’s payment process for the event and brand area
• Order corporate gifts and manage the corporate gift store.
• Order and maintain internal and external banners, manage the distribution, collections, and implementation for different events.
• Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Summarize findings and present insights to the marketing team.
• Monitor daily media through Novus.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
