Responsibilities:
- Responding to user requests for service, troubleshooting problems, and helping develop solutions.
- Assist in supporting PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
- Recording activities, solutions, and other responses to requests for service.
- Analyzing data to recommend improvements to existing systems or processes.
- Assist in setting up new computers, networks, and software for new employees.
Requirements:
- Matric plus a National Diploma (NQF 6) qualification in ICT or ICT related field.
- No experienced required.
