Power Construction: Industrial Psychology / Human Resource Graduate Opportunity
An opportunity for a BCom (Industrial Psychology) or BA (Human Resource Management) graduate to gain vital work experience has arisen at Power Construction. The successful graduate will be placed on a structured employability programme in the HR Department for the year.
Permanent employment after said year is always a possibility, depending on the work availability and performance of the graduate. For BCom (Industrial Psychology) graduates – we have a registered psychometrist working for the company, and this may present an opportunity to do an internship with him in the future.
The graduate must be willing to work from 08h00 – 17h00, Monday to Friday, at our Head Office in Blackheath, Cape Town.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in BCom (Industrial Psychology) or BA (Human Resource Management).
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- South African Citizen.
Advantageous: Driver’s license and car (this is a strong advantage).
